BQ Series Vegetable Pretreatment Production Line is widely used for quick-frozen factory; it is a supporting machine for a whole automatic vegetable quick freeze production line, Vegetable Pretreatment Production Line is automatic washing、blanching、pre-cooling、cooling、vibration-filtering. The production line included, spray sprinkle washing machine, blanch machine, water cooling machine etc.

We also can supply other supporting machines which are according to customer’s requirements, such as sorting machine、draining shaker、vibration-filtering machine.

Vegetable automatic pretreatment machine is water and energy saving type, considering facilitates cleaning, the corner of the tank we designed big corner transition, wide tank, machine are easy to clean.

Considering health, the material of machine’s body we choose SUS 304,the material of water pipe and air pipe we choose pharmaceutical grade SUS304.

Function of Vegetable automatic pretreatment machine

1、Spray sprinkle washing machine(saving-water type)

The fruit and vegetables are washed by the Spray sprinkle strongly on the conveying belt first, and then be washed by the spraying unit at the end of elevating part of equipment. The whole washing line has the circulating water filter unit, for filtering the dreg on the strainer, which is also, have the function of saving water


2、Blanching machine(wire mesh type)

Blanching machine, which is used for removing enzymes of fruit and Vegetables, the raw product will be blanching in the steam heating water from 93—98 at first, not only for dezymotize, but also can kill the microorganism and ovum on the surface of them.


3、Level 1 water cooling machine,

Mainly used for quick chilling after blanching, which can avoid variation of the soluble matter in the raw product part of water in this tank is from circulating water. The tank is so small and easy to changing water.


4,Level 2 ice water cooling machine:

Ice Water cooling machine install with ice water cooling tank、pipeline and line pump,can make cooling water to recycling,keep the product at a lower temperature which is good for quick-freeze of product


5,Elevating machine (wire mesh type) of Vegetable pretreatment machine

1) Frame of box is using SUS304 square pipe.

2)Convey belt adopts SUS304 chain and SUS304 wire belt,width 700mm

3) Using transducer to adjust speed.

4) The material of bearing block is SUS304.
