1.Right Condenser of 100㎡ Vacuum lyophilizer Ice Melting Phase:

The sealing door plate moves from the left to the right, closing off the right condenser,and the left condenser remains open to the chamber, capturing water vapor from the material.

The de-icing tank applies negative pressure to the closed right condenser, pulling in vapor to melt the collected ice.Melted ice (water) drains through a lower pipeline into the de-icing tank.

2.Left Condenser of 100㎡ Vacuum lyophilizer Ice Melting Phase:

After the right condenser is de-iced, the door plate shifts back to the left, closing the left condenser.

The right condenser reopens to capture vapor, while the left condenser undergoes the same melting process via the de-icing tank.

3.Continuous Alternation of 100㎡ Vacuum lyophilizer:

The system switches between condensers without interrupting the freeze-drying process.

Ice is melted in parallel with sublimation, avoiding downtime.
