General Principles of Freeze-Drying of Tray type freeze-drying equipment


Freeze-drying is to pre-freeze substances containing a large amount of water (such as: fruits, vegetables, meat products, Chinese soup such as egg drop soup, plasma, concentrated fruit pulp, liquid protein, pharmaceuticals, etc.) to crystallize the free water in the substances, and then sublime the crystal water in the substance under  high vacuum conditions, and then remove part of the adsorbed water in the substance after the sublimation of the crystal water is completed, and finally obtain a dry product with a residual water content of about 1-4%.
